A rare Elkhart era 60B Super Connstellation. Looking for a lead / commercial horn? Look no further! Super fast response, amazing sound, and tons of power! The 60B was one of the last designs to come out of Elkhart before Conn was sold and quality dropped. This horn is a player and has amazing valve action and a super approachable playability. Think of it as a lightweight Bach on steroids with that Conn sizzle. Horn is in good shape with original lacquer about 80% and the only sign of repair being dent removal at the bell tail going into the 1st valve. Some lacquer loss at contact points and top of bell. I completed a precision valve alignment and it really opened up the horn and solidified the slots. This is an excellent horn at an incredible price point. Valve compression is still good and all slides move wonderfully.
